From the Principal - April 7, 2010

Parents,

 

   I hope you enjoyed the time with friends and family. It is hard to believe that school is almost over.

   I would like to remind you of several events that we have planned. Love and Logic is planned for April 24 and May 8 from 9:00-Noon. The wonderful program will be held in the Connor Center. You will find answers to “How do I get them out of bed and to school on time?”And other questions such as “How do I get my children from bickering and fighting?”  I encourage all of our parents to attend as there is no fee for the program.

   On April 15 at our P.T.O. Meeting we will have guest speaker Gwen Poteet .  She will speak on the K.E.E.P. Program. I hope you will make plans to attend as this is the final meeting of the school year. I would like to thank our board members and you the parents as you have worked for the betterment of our school.

   Our calendar has been approved for the up-coming school year. We will begin school on Tuesday, August 17, 2010.  I will have a full year calendar in the weeks to come. Fall Break will be October 22. We will once again have a full week at Thanksgiving. Christmas Break will be gin on December 20. I hope that helps with your planning for the next school year. 

   Spirit Day will be Monday, April 12.
